31st January 2026. Pennington flash

Last swim of January and had to play my joker as I didn't hit my 3000m target. I did 2150! So still a good effort.

I swam 500m and it was so much better in my new wetsuit!

I'll have to try so much harder to stay at penguin antartic for the remainder of the challenge and the new wetsuit should help! I just need the weather to not change too much.
